Our kitchen
In terms of dining options, Jesuskoa offers a buffet breakfast with homemade pastries and fresh eggs from our chickens. For dinner, our menu highlights fresh vegetables from our organic garden, served alongside savory Basque dishes. All of the meals are freshly prepared by our chef, Ramón Oliden, who is the third-generation of the Oliden family to run the hotel.
