Outside: barbecue, vegetable garden, garden, garden furniture, parking area, children’s play park and the possibility to take pare in farming chores plus there are a few animals.
Inside: Air conditioning in 4 rooms, a bath in the room, library, heating, fireplace, kitchen, table game collection, dining room, washer, firewood, microwave oven, convention hall, sitting room, television, television in the room, payment by credit card.

For the handicapped: a room adapted for the handicapped.
Location: asphalted access road, on the outskirts of an urban area, near the beach, mountains, and sign posting indicating the access route.
Services: internet access, children’s activities, pets are not allowed during the high season, cribs are available, information booklets on the area available, breakfast is served.
